Beautiful Piece of Serveware/Bakeware!Aubrey Garneau
I was looking for serving/baking dishes and it came down to a choice between this 3 1/4 Quart Staub piece and the 3 1/4 Le Creuset Stoneware dishes. I am glad that I went with this choice. I prefer not to buy items made in Asian countries and when I got this piece I was glad to know that it was made in France! The Le Creuset Stoneware dishes are made in Thailand so that was a turnoff for me. It measures approximately 13"x10" (cooking/serving area) and the red color is not overpowering rather, visually appealing. It definitely gets many compliments as the center piece of your table. I have not yet had the opportunity to cook with it but I seriously doubt it will not hold up to any competitors' dish. Terrific buy.
